PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All items currently offered in our store are priced at €9.99, except for the Fitness Water Bottle 750 ml – Khaki Pack of 12, which is priced at €100.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP POLICY

We offer same-day delivery across Malta for orders placed between 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM CET, via our dedicated scooter fleet. Tracking information will be sent by email upon dispatch.

You may also pick up your order from our preparation facility. The pickup address is provided at checkout. Ensure you choose the correct option when placing your order.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of food items, all sales are final once dispatched.

However, under EU consumer law, you may request a refund within 30 days if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To initiate a refund:

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Provide proof of the issue (e.g., photo evidence).
Return the item at your own expense.

Upon inspection, if your claim is valid, we will issue a full refund, including return shipping. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
